Which areas do you provide installation service coverage in?
We have installation teams covering the entire country, both in major cities and upcountry areas, with appointments scheduled in advance to arrange the job queue.
How long does the installation take?
It depends on the project size and the number of racks.
- Small projects: 1 to 2 days
- Medium to large projects: 3 to 7 days or longer, depending on complexity
Do you provide a warranty for the installation work?
We provide a 5 year warranty on installation and a product warranty on the racking per the manufacturer’s terms. We also conduct inspections every 3 months during the first year.
How should we prepare the site before installation?
Clear the area, make sure the floor is level and structurally sound, and ensure there is sufficient power and lighting during installation.
Can you design racking to fit our available space?
Yes. Our engineering team designs the structure and plans the layout to fit your space and operational needs.
What payment methods are available?
Generally, payments are split into 2 to 3 installments, as agreed in the quotation and contract.
Do you offer dismantling or relocation services for existing racking?
We offer dismantling, relocation, and reinstallation services, including resizing and layout adjustments to fit your space.
How much weight can the racking support?
It depends on the model and design.
- Small shelving: 200 to 500 kg per shelf
- Pallet racking: 1 to 3 tons per pallet (the load capacity will be specified in the quotation documents)
Are there any additional charges beyond what’s listed in the quotation?
No, unless there are changes to the agreed scope of work or specifications.
