What is T-Sorting?
A sorting system using a “T-shaped” layout with a single intake point, splitting parcels to destinations on both sides, and expandable into multi-tier levels.
How is it different from a conveyor belt system?
More modular, space-saving, and quick to scale by adding rails or bots without extending long lines.
How many destinations does it support?
From tens to thousands plus, by adding tiers and expanding rails as needed.
What throughput can it achieve?
It scales with the number of bots, stations, and rails, from hundreds to thousands of pieces per hour per line.
How accurate is it?
When the data and barcodes are correct, it can achieve accuracy in the 99.9x% range.
How much space does it require?
It uses a single aisle with left-right destinations and scales by adding height instead of extending the line, so the total footprint is smaller than long conveyor systems.
How long does installation take?
With a modular structure, once the site is ready, it can be installed in phases within a few weeks.
How does it integrate with existing systems (WMS/ERP/OMS)?
Supports API, file-based integration, or message queues to pull sorting instructions and destination codes, and send real-time status updates back.
What type of barcode does it require?

No. The system is fault-tolerant, so other bots can take over and the line can keep running.
